All pricing is FOB, Processing Plant. Domestic shipments are trucked unless otherwise specified. We can arrange freight through our own trusted brokers, though customers are free to arrange their own carriers. Freight typically bills directly to the customer; we prefer not to carry freight charges but can in certain situations, if pre-approved. LTL options are available for smaller orders.

All 50 lb bags are palletized and heat-shrunk. Pallets under bulk/tote bags are optional, with load configurations customized per order (commonly 20–24 tote sacks per truck, depending on pallet use and weight). Bulk shipments are available.

For international orders, we offer CFR, CIF, EXW, Door-to-Port, and Port-to-Port terms. Shipments are trucked to export warehouses (typically Long Beach or Houston), transloaded into containers, and delivered to port for steamship loading.

Domestic repeat customers with approved credit (via credit application and three good trade references) may qualify for Net 30 terms. Without approved credit, orders require pre-payment. Payment is accepted via check or ACH/wire transfer; credit cards are not accepted.

For international orders, we accept pre-payment or irrevocable letters of credit (Please contact us for specific L/C terms and banking  information).
